Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in the US. Her most well-known role was that of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won Primetime Emmy Awards to recognize Outstanding Leading Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Other roles she has played are Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in love with acting in the Preparatory stage before moving with her family to Ohio. She attended theatre classes at Northwestern University and spent a semester in the British American Drama Academy. Anna spent a few seasons performing in Chicago the theatre before moving to film and TV roles. Anna received her breakthrough in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. She continued to appear as an actor in handful of TV shows and films including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue through the mid 90's when she appeared in a role that she reprised in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. In 2000, she was placed in Deadwood as Martha Bullock for two full seasons. She also starred in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Sully was the Deadwood film, and other movies were also starring her. Gunn took the stage to star in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. Gunn was in the role of Numbered Days, a four-part audio series that was released set in 2022. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual ending mirrors the last seasons in the story of Walter White.
