Anita Briem hails from Iceland. Anita Briesm, a Icelandic performer, is best known for her role as Jane Seymour (the young woman that will eventually become the wife to Henry VIII) in the TV show The Tudors. Also for her role as Hannah in the film Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem began her acting career when she was 9 years old in the National Theater in Iceland. Briem had been an actor in Iceland in her youth.
